Doctor LeBon's Galaxy Observatory was an astronomical observatory that also served as the homebase for Doctor Lucius LeBon and his assistant Wilbur.
It stood on top of a series of underground coal mine tunnels.
For customers touring the place, it cost twenty five cents to look through a two-inch telescope and fifty cents to look through the three-inch one.
Marvin White, Wendy Harris and Wonder Dog once followed the pair there on their bikes, and they hid in their garage, where Doctor LeBon's Spacecraft and their circus wagon was parked.
LeBon's Planet-Splitter was also located there.[2]
