Dr. Allirog is a talking gorilla who is a foe of the Marvel Family. They originally defeated him and left him trapped in a cave, but he managed to escape and traveled to Fawcett City to try to get revenge and to make animals the rulers of planet Earth.

- Captain Marvel had fought a villain named Dr. Allirog in Special Edition Comics #1. Their goals are completely different, however, and it is unlikely the Filmation version is meant to be the same character.
