A commercial ending with a disclaimer. Cartoon Network's opinions.[1]
A disclaimer was something in writing that was often seen at the end of a television commercial or in some other advertisement.
They were meant to communicate with any person who was reading that despite filming the commercial, their opinions weren't necessarily the same as those expressed in that commercial.

Zan and Jayna of the Super Friends' Wonder Twins superhero team once expressed their opinion in a forum that Cartoon Network provided for them for that purpose. The Wonder Twins then informed the viewers at home that they can't transform into animals or ice like they could, because they are just ordinary Humans. At the end of the Wonder Twins' speech, a disclaimer was read informing the audience that the opinions expressed in the forum do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Cartoon Network or its' affiliates.[2]
