Dayton Industries' corporate office was located in Manhattan, and it had fifty-seven branch locations in New York City alone. The company was founded by Steve Dayton, the fifth richest man in the world.

This company was responsible for the development of the super strong metal called promethium, which was used for the cybernetic parts Silas Stone built for Victor Stone.
