This comic was a Marvel and DC comic book[1] that featured a story featuring a variety of superheroes.
It's significance to the Super Friends franchise is due to the fact that the cover artwork for this comic was used for the card artwork to one of the foreign Super Powers figure two-packs that featured the Super Amigos label.
It was part four of a four part series that also connected to a number of other comics that were co-published by both DC Comics and Marvel Comics.
