Wonder Dog is trying to tell the Super Friends about his almond allergy and that he doesn't have a cold.[1]
The common cold was a type of viral infection that caused many unwanted symptoms, including sneezing and coughing; among many others.
When Wonder Dog was attempting to explain his allergy to almonds to the Super Friends, they assumed that he had the common cold.[2]
