Robin tells the other Super Friends they would have learned more about Doctor Rebos' plan if he would have made a collect call.[1]
A collect call was a type of telephone call that was made at a payphone, but was charged to the person receiving the call.
Doctor Rebos made a call on a payphone to the SDI and he left a message, but he was interrupted by the operator, who told him he had to pay five more cents. So because of this, his call was interrupted, and his message cut short, so Robin said if he would have made a collect call they would have learned a whole lot more.[2]
