Clark Gable (1901-1960) was an actor that was probably best-known for his role in the 1939 film Gone with the Wind.

He was well remembered for saying one of the most famous lines in cinematic history: "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn."; which was the final line in the movie.[1]

The last film Gable completed was The Misfits, which was released the year after he died; in 1961. Coincidentally, Marilyn Monroe, who also starred in that same film; likewise passed away the year after that, which was 1962.

In the early 80s, a poster of Clark Gable was hanging up at the Nostalgia Convention that Linda Danvers took her school students to.[2]

On the fiftieth anniversary of the film version of Gone with the Wind, Clark Gable was mentioned in a newspaper article of the Daily Planet which was written by Cat Grant.[3]
