Time Trapper, a supervillain who has the ability of chronokinesis.[1]
Chronokinesis, also called time manipulation, is the ability to manipulate the timestream.
The Time Trapper is a character who has this ability, allowing him the power of time travel and other abilities relating to temporal mechanics.
Although some characters with super speed are fast enough to penetrate the time barrier, they are not considered chronokinetics, as they cannot manipulate the timestream with their minds, just travel through time.
