Cerberus was a three headed dog with a snake for a tail. He was the personal pet of the Greek God Hades.

He served as his watchdog whose job was to guard the entrance to the Underworld. One such entrance was possibly the underwater depths known as the Outer Darkness, which also lead to the Rock of Eternity.[1]

Flipper Dipper faced-off against Cerberus when he went diving into the ocean with some scuba equipment..[2]
