Cave County was a county in or near the Gotham City metropolitan area. It was known for it's caves. Once such cave led to the subterranean land of Molesville.
Cave County had no mountains however, but mountain-climbing gear was a necessary thing for spelunkers to take along with them if they were going to Cave County, because the caves were quite deep, particularly Bottomless Cave.[2]
