A bus was a large automobile usually used for transporting passengers. An RV was a type of bus.
Fare was required to ride buses. Bus stops and bus stations was where buses could be found.

When the Jr. SuperFriends were taking a ride in Doctor Lucius LeBon's spaceship, Wendy Harris demanded to him and Wilbur to drop her and Marvin White and Wonder Dog to the nearest bus depot. Wilbur agreed that it would be a good idea to drop them off at a bus station. But Doctor LeBon refused to comply.[2]
In 1977, Beth and Jody were at a bus stop in Central City. Beth chose to ride the bus, but Jody decided that she could save the fare for the jukebox.[3]
