Brainiac's Robot Commando was an android that he created to destroy the Justice League. He was designed to have a human consciousness transferred into his robotic circuitry so that he would acquire the human cunning to defeat the JLA. He captured Cyborg and had his mind transferred to the android. But it turned out that Cyborg's humanity was able to fight Brainiac's commands, and the android short circuited and Cyborg's mind was telepathically transmitted back into his own body.
