Ben Grimm was once involved in a team-up adventure with several other superheroes. These heroes were Birdman, Shazzan, Frankenstein Junior, Human Torch, Coil-Man, Fluid-Man, Young Samson, Goliath, Space Ghost, Superman, Mighty Mightor, Wonder Woman, Batman, Zok, Tundro, Zandor, Gloop and Gleep.[2]

Super Powers[]
- Rock-Like Skin: His body had rock-like skin. Giving him incredible strength, but also a somewhat scary appearance.
- Superhuman Durability: Bullets were often seen bouncing off of him when fired at him.
- Eternal Lifespan: He didn't age like a normal Human.
- Super Breath: He could hold his breath underwater for far longer than other Humans; up to nine minutes according to certain accounts. This was due to his superhuman lungs.
Abilities[]
- Experienced Astronaut: Ben had also trained as an astronaut and was piloting Reed Richard's spacecraft during the Fantastic Four's fateful bombardment with cosmic rays.
- Master Combatant: Despite being physically weaker than the Hulk, he was able to hold his own against him and other stronger opponents, thanks to being skilled in wrestling and other combat methods.
- Peak Human Speed and Agility: Despite his size and weight, Ben Grimm was every bit as fast and agile as any athlete could be.
- Indomitable Will: He was known for his incredible willpower.

- Handicap: Ben was limited in his capacity to use normal, everyday tools and appliances due to his sheer size, weight and strength or interact with normal objects. His powers were also implied to have robbed him of his sense of touch.
