Beanie was a copy-boy that worked for the Daily Planet in the city of Metropolis. He was present with Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen when they were spelunking in Breathing Cave.[1]
He also once tried to give Clark Kent a tree for a present in his office at the Daily Planet, but Clark told him to take it away, because he had just got through dealing with a Tree Man in Rocky Canyon Town, California.[2]
