Powers and Abilities[]

Super Powers[]

Abilities[]

Weaknesses[]

  • Power Instability: He was incredibly powerful, but he had very little control over his abilities, as he would often times try to help the Dynamic Duo, only to make it worse, only proving himself to be a nuisance.
  • Puppy Love: He had a major crush on Batgirl, this often distracted him from contributing anything useful to the Batman Family. Not that he had much to contribute anyway.

Bat-Mite's Homeworld[]

As mentioned before, Bat-Mite's homeworld was the planet Ergo, which was certainly located in the Fifth Dimension.[4] Despite this fact, there have been a few historical accounts that seemed to be contradictory to that fact.

For example, one account indicated that he was actually not from the Fifth Dimension, but that he was actually from the Fourth Dimension, better known as the "Dimension of Time" or timestream.

In fact, to add to this confusion, there was even one historical account where Bat-Mite tells the Dynamic Duo that he's from outer space rather than the Fifth Dimension, implying that he's the perfect choice to help them track down the Moonman, since they're both from outer space.[5]

Despite these clearly blatant falsehoods, there have been instances when it's made at least fairly clear that he was from the Fifth Dimension. For example, Zarbor, who was also from Bat-Mite's homeworld; referred to his dimension as the "Dimension of Ergo," which made it quite clear that Ergo was located in another dimension rather than outer space.[6]
