In 1978, following the invasion of the Brain Creatures, Gleek was pretending to sleepwalk so that he could steal a banana cream pie from the refrigerator in the Hall of Justice.
This didn't go unnoticed by the Wonder Twins however; and when Zan tried to stop him, Gleek accidentally tossed the pie in his face.[2]
