On this Earth, this comic book was launched in 1938, and it starred Superman, who was considered a fictional character in this dimension.[3]

The Man of Steel, despite being a work of fiction, would later prove to be an influence on people in real life that became superheroes, such as Hollis Mason especially, who later became Nite-Owl.

After retiring as a costumed crimefighter, Hollis Mason wrote a book called "Under the Hood," which told the story of his life as a costumed crimefighter and how Superman had influenced him.

On this Earth, someone was reading the first issue of Action Comics, and they imagined that Superman bursted out of the comic book and tossed the car he was holding out of the comic book as well.[6]

Sometime afterward, someone was looking at the cover artwork of the 47th issue of Action Comics and imagined the cover artwork in animation like a cartoon, as Luthor smashed through a brickwall because Superman punched him through it.

The reader then imagines Superman bursting through the cover of the comic and flying away.[7]
